PocketQue is very committed to your privacy and makes it a cornerstone to the services we prove to you. PocketQue is founded on the belief that your privacy should be protected regardless of the technology you use. PocketQue believes that a digital pocket should be afforded the same level of privacy that a real pocket has. To that end this document will be adjusted over time to improve its accuracy in reflecting that belief.

PocketQue provides the following privacy policy to inform you as to how your personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected on the PocketQue sites or through the PocketQue Services (collectively The Services). The Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at any time.

Information Collected by PocketQue

PocketQue collects information from and about you only with respect to the services it provides. This is limited to the following:

1. Information You Provide
   

   PocketQue stores user account information, including the username and email address that you provide during registration or on the user profile page. From time to time additional information may be required to improve the services provided. PocketQue also logs connection information for non registered users using the Q interface to upload or download files to to prevent abuse.

   PocketQue also stores files that you upload, crossload or receive (Your Files), and data necessary to manage those files such as file name, file size, file type, etc.

   If you purchase premium services you may be required to make payments through Amazon payment services. The information you provide to that service is covered by the Amazon Payment Privacy Notice.

2. Automatic Information
   

   PocketQue and it's authorized agents track statistical and aggregate information about connections, files, transmission, browser type and user accounts whenever you connect to The Services. The information that is collected in this manner is devoid of personally-identifiable information, and is only ever used in the aggregate.

Communications

PocketQue will never provide your contact information to any third party without your explicit permission. PocketQue may send emails with notifications, news, products, offers, surveys, system messages or promotions from time to time or as initiated by other users when sending you files.

Cookies

• Cookies are identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable PocketQue to recognize your browser and to determine how and when pages are visited. PocketQue cookies do not collect personal information.
• Preferences of all major browsers will direct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to command the browser to tell you when you receive a new cookie, or how to fully disable cookies. However, PocketQue requires Cookies to be enabled to function properly.
• Some of PocketQue's business partners, such as advertisers, may use cookies on or within The Services. PocketQue has no access to, or control over, these cookies.

How Your Information is Used

PocketQue uses personal information to provide you with an account and personalized services. Information that specifically identifies you is sent to recipients that you designate when using The Services to transmit Your Files to others. PocketQue also uses third parties to provide support services such as payment processing, these third parties may also request data from you in accordance with their privacy policies, however PocketQue does not provide any personally identifiable information to these these third parties. We may transfer your personal information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or any dissolution.

PocketQue uses your statistical information in aggregate form to monitor and analyze The Services, to identify improvements to the The Services, and for business development. PocketQue may provide statistical information to advertisers, investors, or other third parties in the normal course of business.

Your Files

Your files are kept in the strictest confidence. Employees, subcontractors and agents of PocketQue are NEVER allowed to access the content of your files, except as directed by a court order, or as the law requires by a law enforcement agency. General information about your files, such as file name, file size and file type may be discoverable by PocketQue personnel in the normal course of business, but is disassociated from any personally identifiable information.

Security

PocketQue uses it's best efforts to safeguard your information, including reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access.

Age and PocketQue

The Services are intended for use by adults of legal consent within the local laws and jurisdiction of their country of origin. Children under the age of 13 are explicitly restricted from use of The Services. PocketQue will remove all files and personal information from any account it has good reason to believe has been created by a child under the age of 13.
