Beta Agreement

During the beta testing period you may experience loss of service and other issues. Services may become unstable or inoperable intentionally or unintentionally at any time for unpredictable amounts of time. Files may become corrupt, fail to deliver, fail to download, improperly deliver or disappear. Please use caution when using the beta to keep backups of your files, and do not store or transmit highly confidential files.

Even during the beta period PocketQue will work hard to protect your privacy, however it may occur that the contents of some files may be unintentionally viewed in the debugging and maintenance process.

During the beta period you acknowledge and agree to use the service at your own risk and understand that your data is not secure, or private, and the PocketQue services may function improperly and/or destructively to your data, hardware, or network. You agree to hold PocketQue harmless against any claims arising out of any issues associated with beta testing.
